At HouseProDigital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services in a timely and transparent manner. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms related to service delivery, project timelines, cancellations, and refunds for our clients.


1. Service Delivery

Scope of Work

Before beginning any project or service, we provide a detailed scope of work, deliverables, and estimated timelines. This may be sent via email or outlined in your proposal or contract.

Turnaround Times

Delivery timelines vary depending on the service:

  • SEO Services: Initial audit delivered within 5–7 business days. Ongoing work continues monthly.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC): Campaign setup within 3–5 business days after onboarding is complete.
  • Website Development: Initial designs delivered within 7–10 business days. Full development timelines vary by project size.
  • Other Services: Timelines will be clearly communicated before work begins.

All timelines assume prompt client communication, approvals, and delivery of required materials.

3. Refund Policy

As a service-based business, our work involves time, expertise, and resources. Therefore, we have the following refund policy:

  • One-Time Projects: Once a project has begun and resources have been allocated, payments are non-refundable.
  • Monthly Retainers: If you’re on a monthly plan, you may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days or mid-month cancellations.
  • Failed Delivery: If we fail to deliver a service as outlined in your agreement and cannot remedy the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel ongoing services with a written notice to admin@houseprodigital.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

We reserve the right to cancel service agreements in cases of:

  • Non-payment
  • Abuse or harassment of staff
  • Failure to provide necessary materials for project continuation

5. Revisions and Edits

Revisions are included as stated in your service agreement or project proposal. Any work requested outside the original scope will be quoted separately.


6. Delivery of Digital Assets

Upon project completion and full payment, we will deliver all agreed-upon files, access credentials, or reports in a timely manner, typically via Google Drive, Dropbox, or client portal.
